What Is the Best Rainfall Shower System for Your Bathroom?

A rainfall shower head provides an overhead spray, while a handheld shower gives you a second option for rinsing and cleaning the shower area; a system with both can be a practical choice if you want flexibility in one installation. Our Bathroom Thermostatic Rainfall Shower System with Dual Shower Heads & Handheld is one configuration to consider if you are looking for a thermostatic system with an overhead shower and a handheld option.

A thermostatic shower system is designed to regulate the water temperature, making it worth considering if consistent temperature control is important to you. Before choosing any system, ask a qualified plumber to assess your hot and cold water supplies, available pressure, and existing valve arrangement, as these factors can affect whether a particular installation is suitable.

Measure the shower enclosure and consider the ceiling height, the position of the overhead head, and where you would comfortably reach the controls and handheld shower. A large overhead head can be appealing, but it should leave enough room for you to move and direct water into the showering area rather than toward the opening.
